Transaction Process & Document Pickup
Transaction Process
After you have completed the project submission process, your translator will convert your text into your target language during the time period you specified. You can track the progress of your transaction by clicking on the Login button located within the top menu. Text transferred by email or by website URL may delay the start of your transaction by as much as 12 hours. There is no transaction delay for uploading or copy / paste text transfer methods.
Contact Your Translator & Send Additional Files
- Click on the Contact Us link located within the top menu.
- Click on the Contact a Translator link.
- Choose the translator you want to contact by clicking on the Send Message link located within the translator's qualifications.
- Enter a title, enter your message content, and upload file attachments. For each upload click on the Browse button, find your document's location within your computer, and click on the Open button.
- Log into your account. If you are already logged in then this step will be skipped.
Translated Document Pickup
- You will receive an email notification concerning the completion of your job.
- Click on the link within the email notification or click on the Login button located within the top menu.
- Enter your User ID and Password.
- Click on the Job Title link.
- Click on the Download button.
Rate Your Translator
- Click on the Login button located within the top menu.
- Enter your User ID and Password.
- Click on the Job Title link.
- Click on the Rate Translator button.
